As all our products are customized and made specifically according to the customer's requirements, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Customers are requested to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase. Since each product is personalized and produced exclusively for the customer, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or provide refunds after an order has been successfully placed.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photographs and order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
