DIORO – SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Sale Terms and Conditions ("Sale Terms") govern the purchase of products from DIORO ("DIORO", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Sale Terms.

1. Product Availability

All products displayed on the DIORO website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing

  • DIORO reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

  • DIORO reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • The billing information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

  • DIORO is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

As all our products are customized and made specifically according to the customer's requirements, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Customers are requested to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase. Since each product is personalized and produced exclusively for the customer, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or provide refunds after an order has been successfully placed.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photographs and order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

8. Product Information

DIORO strives to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However:

  • Product colors may vary depending on screen settings.
  • Minor variations in design, packaging, or appearance may occur.
  • We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIORO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

DIORO shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or technical failures.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Sale Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Sale Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jammu & kashmir.

Any disputes arising from these Sale Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
